What is your ticket refund and cancellation policy?

Tickets can be refunded up to 30 days before the start of the conference. After that date, tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another attendee at no additional cost. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Will sessions be recorded and available after the conference?

Yes. All main sessions will be recorded and made available to attendees after the conference. Access details will be shared via email following the event.

What languages will the conference be conducted in?

Most sessions will be conducted in English, with a couple in Korean. For Korean-speaking attendees, live Korean text interpretation will be available during the conference.

Will there be sessions focused on Western or global markets?

The conference brings together Asian and Western perspectives to create a truly global learning experience. Attendees can expect sessions covering Korean, Asian, Western, and cross-border strategies, with real-world insights from international experts.
